I live in North San Diego county and travelled up to BMW of Murrieta because of the experience I encountered. Carl Burt was my sales advisor and he went out of his way to personally ensure my needs were met. He is truly the first sales advisor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with that actually listened to my criteria and tended to my needs. I will certainly be doing business with Carl again, and recommend him to my friends and family.
We set up an appointment with Carl Burt to learn about the i3 BMW, maybe take a test drive, ask some questions, didn't expect to make a purchase that day (even thou we really liked the car alot) but Carl asked if he could run the numbers, sure go ahead. And the deal Carl showed us we couldn't walk away. Carl was great, the experience at BMW of Murrieta was great, we bought the car.
It took several visits for service to analyze the problem, but once they found the problem The repair was made in a timely manner. My service representative made multiple calls which kept me up to date with the work that needed to be done.
This place went above and beyond from the time I first spoke with them on the phone. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade, even though it was a xxx Kia, and an even better deal on my new BMW! They were by far the most honest dealership I have ever walked into. They actually made buying a new car enjoyable!! Robert, Internet client advisor, was great!! Worked with Dave Townsend all over email and text. They delivered the car to my home and took my prior lease. I would highly recommend using them. Dave was 100% transparent with me. I love the X3 i28d. I have never had a car experience like this one.

My wife has always wanted a BMW & after coming here and speaking with George (manager) and our salesman (Frank Madrid) we knew to proceed with the purchase. They were very helpful & listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and what our budget was and boy did they deliver. It's our first BMW & we are loving it.
