Brought my 2002 325ci in because I was having an issue passing smog. Victoria Guthery was my advisor. She worked with me & had me talk with Trevor the service manager. Between them both we were able to resolve the issue & saved me money overall. Don't usually go to the dealer but the experience from BMW of Murrieta definitely was a positive experience. Thanks again to Victoria Guthery & Trevor for all their help they do go the extra mile for the customer.

Everyone at Murrieta is always very helpful and happy to help. The Service Department is the best. I've had my BMW at other dealerships and they do not compare to the service I get at Murrieta. My service agent, Victoria Guthery, is amazing. She always calls to give me updates and she takes time to make sure my service to satisfactory.
Dave at BWM of Murrieta worked with my wife and I to replace our 328i that was coming off lease. He was able to find the car that we wanted, the terms that we needed and ensure that the lease return was smooth. The whole process happened remotely and he even had the car delivered to our home and old car picked up at the same time, over an hour away! The whole process was easy and well communicated. Would definitely buy a car again from them. We love our new 435i Gran Coupe M-Sport :)

I took my car in for service and the service advisor was Ryan Cornille, and he provides excellent customer service. He makes the process of servicing my car a pleasant experience. He is very kind, caring and patient in explaining things. I appreciate Mr. Cornille's professionalism and customer service.
Once again i came in for service. Looked for Victoria Guthery. She took care of me and my family and made us comfortable, she made sure everything will be taken care for and kept me updated on the progress of the car. She knew it would take a few days to service the car so she gave me a very nice loaner car. Car was done as scheduled and was very satisfied with the work and customer service.
I located the SUV I wanted through Carfax at the Murrieta BMW. I was meet by Brandon Holland, a very pleasant and professional salesman. He went with me on a test drive to the location I suggested. We agreed on a price for my trade-in and the SUV and I bought the car. After the sale he came to my house to obtain my wife's signature. We discovered that there was only one key to the SUV so Murrieta BMW asked me to have a key made and they paid for the new one. The overall experience was very pleasant.
