I like places that offer excellent customer service. BMW of Murrieta is the dealership of choice for me and that's why I get my car serviced there. I live in Riverside and drive to Murrieta rather than the local Riverside BMW dealership here in town. Professional customer service means everything to me.
Buying a car is a very stressful experience but what sets this dealership apart (in my humble opinion) are the dynamic team of David Townsend and Bryan Preston! These two are problem solvers and peace makers (literally you will walk away with peace of mind). This is my 2nd purchase, 1st was in 2012, then 2016 and I'm sure in 2019 again.
This is second time to Murrieta BMW service center. I have to say that by far that their professionalism and customer service is the best I've found. Hanna Lovejoy was particularly helpful.
Was not a fan of bmw cars before my fiancé and I went but after talking to Brandon holland and doing a test drive in the 4series I'm definitely a fan now. He answered all questions plus more and helped me fall in love with the car that I have now. If you want a good sales rep that listens and does everything that he says he's going to do, ask for Brandon holland!
This is the absolute best dealership that I have purchased a car from. They are very welcoming and they have awesome customer service. I recommend Frank Madrid to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Great service!! Loaner vehicle was super nice! They finished it early but didn't mind that I couldn't pick it up until next day. Hannah Loveday was great in handling it all so quickly.
