I brought my car for service for the first time in Murrieta. Chad Ludwig was the service rep. taking care of paper work, checking what job needs to be done, with the help of his co-workers as well. I was provided a car loaner while my car was at the service overnight. I was very satisfied with the job service done for my very first BMW car. I definitely would recommend this service center for anyone who owns a BMW car. People working at this service center are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Mrs. MEHubbard

Skip and Ryon made my buying experience the best I have ever had. Never felt pressured, quality customer service was a genuine concern of theirs, and great advice helped me get the perfect car. Even after the purchase I have received the same quality customer service when asking a few questions I forgot to ask at the dealership.
My sale professional was Charity Andrews, I appreciate how professional she was in dealing with me and my wife. We met Charity while looking at cars in the lot, no one came out to greet us so we where actually getting ready to leave when Charity walked up, I think coming from lunch. She took the time to ask us questions and then proceeded to find out what we where in the market for, I appreciated her patience and calm demeanor and he willingness to go all out to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
I brought my 328 in for a scheduled service, and was assigned to Chad Ludwig, who took care of me from start to finish. He kept me updated on the the tasks being performed, and my car was finished in by the original time promised. You can't ask for anymore than that!
