We live in Palm Springs Ca and were in the market to buy new rims for our 2015 BMW. Not wanting to go to our local BMW Dealer, we called BMW of Murrieta where we originally bought our car and spoke with Ryan Cornille. He went above and beyond to help us over the phone, placed our order and keep us updated on the status of our order. Always returning our calls in a timely manner. I originally started visiting this dealership for servicing my 2005 BMW X5 since 2014. Their maintenance packages are actually a bargain compared to other local mechanic shops and they always gave me great diagnostics so i knew what to expect down the road which allows me to price shop for services elsewhere ahead of time, plus they offer free car washes (M-Sat) and I've never had a problem with their customer services. Took my X5 in for service and I was promised to be out within 2 hours and I was done in 1.5! I like that they value my time as well!

Took my car information a recall, Hannah is the service associate who helped me. She checked me in and setup for me too have a lender car. Not only did they do the recall work but they also did a vehicle inspection to see if anything else was need to be addressed with my car. When I went to pick up my BMW later that day they went over everything that was done to my car, asked if I had any questioned and sent me on my way. They made me feel very valued. I will going back to them for all my BMW needs.
It's very refreshing to go get your car serviced and not only not be disappointed but have all your expectations exceeded. Thanks to Ryan Cornille, my service advisor, he makes your visit a pleasant experience.
The dealership service department was able to fit me in the day they called to tell me my car needed normal service. My car notifies the dealership when service is needed. I was able to get in the same day and out in 2 and a half hours. It was very convenient. Also, the waiting area is nice and has some free snacks and drinks.
