I called BMW of Murrieta to get an appointment for a Car Care service for our new X3, Victoria Guthery took us in when we arrived at the dealership. She was very pleasant and throriugh to work with. We also had tire issues with our 3 series and Victoria immediately got us pricing and took our 3 series for immediate tire replacement and total tire service. We are very pleased and happy with the level of service and friendly atmosphere Victoria has demonstrated. The service level has been excellent.
Chad Ludwig was my service manager. He did excellent job in scheduling my 745li for service. He helped identify discounts that saved me over 100.00 dollars towards my oil change. My car service was completed earlier than approximated. I have been to Bmw of Murrieta a few times for service and it has always been great and chad has made it even better.
Great service, and I was treated like I was going to purchase a million dollar car. Chad Ludwig really takes care of his customers and treats us like royalty.
Ryan Cornille has been a huge help trying to get an error message corrected on my BMW X1! His sense of humor in dealing with this issue has been wonderful. Thanks Ryan!
Chad Ludwig was my service adviser and really aided in handling the problem with my oil light coming on intermittently by notifying me that a 10,000 mile service could be performed now at my 8400 mileage rate instead of waiting till later. I greatly appreciate his advice and professionalism. I am thankful also for the people who wash my car, vacuum and keep it looking fantastic!!! Kudos always to them and the service department as a whole.

I had to take my car in to get a 10,000 miles service . I thought it was going to cost me a pretty penny but I was wrong. Victoria Guthery took really good care of me. I just had a issue with car washing my car. They scratch my car big time. but, Victoria made sure that they remove the scratch and clean my car as new again. she also offer me me free detail that I will get it this weekend. Their is nothing more painful than the purchase of a car. Unless you get luck enough to deal with Brandon Holland. Very professional and buttoned up, he makes you appreciate the whole experience.
I had to take my car in to get a new rear tire because mine had a piece of metal stuck to it, so needless to say it keep going flat on me. I had just replaced all four tires a few months back so I was not happy, I thought it was going to cost me a pretty penny but I was wrong.
