The customer service is consistently excellent. Ryan Cornille and Hannah Loveday assisted me most recently and both provided proficient support. The team is very knowledgeable of the vehicles, maintenance, warranties and options. Work is completed timely and communication is amicable, insightful and professional. Estimates are credible and only necessary work is recommended. I highly recommend BMW of Murrieta for superior service.

Our service advisor was Chad Ludwig at BMW of Murrieta and he gave us outstanding customer service. He told my husband that he will have the mechanics check out my car from top to bottom since this would be my last visit with the "new car warranty" He even gave us a courtesy loaner car.
