I recently purchased our second BMW from BMW of Murrieta. I used the same sales representative Roy Cronk who was outstanding. I feel strongly that BMW of Murrieta is a very excellent auto dealership. The sales, service and all the way through the process were outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have highly recommended this dealership to several friends and family members.

It was nice to be reminded that my new car was due for its first service. Personnel were very knowledgeable about the features of my car model and answered my questions very clearly. Offered to give me the car education class again if necessary.
I was searching for a new luxury SUV and looked everywhere (Lexus, Mercedes, Infinity, Cadillac, Range Rover, etc.). I chose BMW. The BMW buying experience was very refreshing. They're not stuffy like some of the other dealers. They were down to earth, friendly, helpful people (even the owner was a casual, easy going guy). He even changed the radio station for me.
