I reside in San Diego and my 3 series broke down in Murrieta , I was able to make an emergency appointment and had my car serviced. I was also given a loaner car in the mean time . Not only was the staff friendly and welcoming , my service adviser Chad Ludwig went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of . Victoria was our service provider. She was attentive and handled all of our needs. Since we were having a lengthier service, we utilized a loaner car. Everyone who we came in contact with was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend having your service completed at Murrieta. I have been to other BMW dealerships and not had the excellent treatment I always receive at Murrieta.

Went to have my 3 series checked out for a problem with the drivetrain. Made an appointment, left my car there no questions asked, they fixed the problem in a couple days.
