I like knowledge of product and these guys (from sales to paperwork, to out-the-door) everyone is 100% on their game. Rick is not just a salesman, he loves these cars, knows these cars, and can back it up anything he says.!
The sales person was very clear in the explanation of the test drive and procedures to purchase this vehicle. The delivery of the car at the Spartenburg factory was an unusual and outstanding delivery, which included on track driving instruction, off track handling, and a thorough review of my car upon delivery.
This dealership offered me the best price for a phenomenal car. I was and still am pleased with my purchase and my entire experience in working with them!
While looking at a 128 convertible on the Athens lot Rick became our salesman. We reviewed the car and had our old 328 checked for trade. We were given some numbers but were not ready to make the trade that day. My wife and I really wanted to look around but SHE REALLY LIKED the 128. Bought my BMW 328xi diesel sports wagon from Athens BMW. I was looking at my vehicle at several dealerships and Athens BMW, by far, gave me the best deal on my wagon. Test drove a 2013 335i on Saturday and bought it on Wednesday. Price was exactly what was promised. Did most of the paperwork on email because I lived two hours away from the dealership. Just had to come in and sign the paperwork and drive off. Rick did everything that I asked for and was a pleasure to work it. The detailing on the interior for the delivery was not top notch but nothing really to complain about. Small dealership but an excellent experience.
Although at the time of first contact the car I wanted was not at the dealership, Curt Cook quickly found just the 328i I was looking for, in fact better, and the offer was excellent. The car had just arrived in country and was headed to Texas. He tried to redirect the car to Athens, but just missed it. Off it went to Texas. I do not enjoy shopping for new vehicles. I hate dealing with the sales tactics of pushy salespeople that are so obvious they make me want to turn around and run the opposite direction. This experience was completely different. Rick seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect car. He was very knowledgeable about all the features in the vehicle we were considering. We decided to purchase that day and the complete transaction went very smoothly. The experience was very relaxed and enjoyable.

I shopped around before calling him and I got the best price and regardless of price, treatment was 5 stars.
