My wife was interested in purchasing a replacement for her Volvo wagon. She test drove cars at the local Volvo/Acura dealership and was not quite satisfied. My experience with Joe Coleman and the staff at Athens BMW was a pleasure. I was looking for an almost new BMW for my daughter. Joe had patience, depth of knowledge of all makes of BMW, and sincerely wanted us to find what we needed at the best value. It was easy at all stages. After the sale, Joe was more than happy to help us whenever we returned with questions. Basically, they are just good honest folks at Athens BMW with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction before and after.

I have spent quite a bit of time working with sales people during the car buying process. In fact, when I walked into Athens BMW, and was introduced to Joe Coleman, I was looking to purchase my 14th vehicle. I recently purchased a used BMW from Athens BMW and the experience was wonderful. I worked with Rick and he was very responsive and nice to work with. There were many questions that I asked him to look into before buying my car and he covered all of the questions and addressed all of the concerns that I had quickly. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I had specific qualities that I wanted in my new car and Rick did everything in his power to find the perfect car for me. He made the process simple to understand and was there any time we had questions regarding our purchase. I would recommend Athens BMW to anyone searching for a car. Excellent experience with great follow-up. I was quite pleased with the salesman Rick Blythewood and the New car manager Allen Dean. After driving the automobile for several days I feel I selected a great automobile.

Firstly, we were looking for a BMW dealership close to home, but found more than that at Athens BMW. A small, family owned business which provides great customer service with a wonderful sales person in Rick Blythewood. We look forward to being their customer for many years to come.
