Overall, an excellent exceptional experience at BMW Athens. I was undecided and nervous about making a decision on a car. I knew that I truly wanted a BMW, but could not make a decision between the 428i or 228i. Rick was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision that was right for me! Rick and Allen made the buying experience seamless. I ordered a 428i for my son's sixteenth birthday directly through Rick, and he was extremely knowledgable and patient with my son as he test drove the car. Even after the test drive, my son was still torn between the BMW and another brand. Rick continued to show patience by not pressuring us for the sale. I bought a 328i used (2013) for a great price with with only 8k miles on it. I thought it would be challenging given that I live in alabama. But it was hassle free as they know how to take care of paperwork for out of state purchase. Rick is very knowledgeable about the product and explained every bit of it during the test drive. It was a pleasant experience. If I buy another car in future, i would definitely go for bmw and specifically to Athens bmw.

Joe was very kind, hones and dedicated to helping me with my purchase. He took loads of time telling me all about the car, financing and all the details. He was not pushy and I appreciated that. I had a very pleasant experience buying my car from him. He is great!
I found the car online and I called the dealership. I spoke with Rick and he answered my questions plus offered a site unseen estimate for my potential trade-in. Based on our conversation with Rick, we made the 2 hour trip to look at and drive the car. He explained all the features to us, negotiated a price, and a week later we bought the car. When we picked up the car, it was all ready to go. Rick introduced us to Brandon Self, who did a great job of familiarizing us with the electronic features of the car.

Buying a car surely ranks up there with death and taxes in many people's minds: it's a certainty but not always a desirable experience.
