Efficient, pleasant service. Jeff Martin, who is always a pleasure to work with, contacted me shortly after I dropped off my 328i to advise me what was needed and my service was completed shortly after. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently in spite of the Covid19 situation. It was well organized. Thank you for a pleasant and carefree experience.

A great buying experience. The sales person, Dale Levin, was excellent. He was super patient with us (as we were from out of state), not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the car. He also got us a great deal! The sales manager, Chris Salmon, was very efficient and had all the paperwork ready when we went to pick up the car. Overall, a great buying experience.l

Great service I loved that the process was fast and I did not have to sit in a dealership for hours! I also like the gifts and the friendliness of the staff! Drive past other BMW dealer to go here instead Richard Hudak is extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I also continue to be impressed with the mechanics that work on my 2000 540i6. I live 5 minutes from BMW of the Mainline, but have had multiple negative experiences with bad repairs and poor customer service there. The longer drive to BMW of Devon is well worth it!

New 2020 X3 I had an excellent experience with turning in my 2017 X3 and receiving my newly-ordered 2020 X3. Kerry Simmons kept me informed throughout the entire process due to minor delays associated with the current pandemic. Furthermore he was kind and courteous.
