Great quality of service I particularly liked the ability to have my BMW picked up and returned to me after service was completed. Eric, my advisor, was awesome ! He kept me up to date with the progress of the servicing, and explained to me when my car would be returned.

BMW service in the era of Covid 19 You provided prompt service. Taking the time to fully explain any issue I was experiencing with my car. When my car was returned to me, the inside had been cleaned and sanitized. The car drove like I remember it did when I first picked it up.

My 1st BMW John Walden made choosing my 1st BMW and negotiating, in not the most ideal environment very easy. I would never want to buy a car online, but that’s basically what I did. Buying a car under Covid restrictions could have easily gone bad. Because of John’s communication efforts and patience it was a surprisingly good and easy situation.
