Great experience Long test drive opportunity a plus. Not made to wait a long time while the salesman went to discuss a deal with the manager. Nice salesman great to work with
No pressure John Walden was an excellent salesperson. He greeted us immediately upon arrival, applied no pressure, but answered all our questions on a level we could understand. When negotiating, he aggressively helped us get our asking price.

BMW 8K Service My service advisor did a great job letting me know when my car would be ready. They had to order a part which came in the next day and I was provided a loaner car, which was a beautiful 440i!
Great overall experience Our salesperson, John Walden, was very personable and attentive. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
Okay service Appointment was on schedule, however it took 1.5 hrs to do an oil change. The facility could provide more complimentary services.
state inspection and repairs people were friendly and knowledgeable. waiting area was clean and comfortable. Jeff took me to the car and showed me the work that needed to be done before it was started.

Accomadating Very nice. Sales people very nice and not pushy. They Fixed a problem with the potential sale and made what I bought a better deal for me. I believe they really wanted to make me happy. Christian was sincere.
