Great experience with my 3rd purchase - Kerry Simmons A+++ My experiences with Sloane and Kerry have been excellent. I consider myself a comfortable buyer feeling confident I understand the process and deal structures. Ultimate service experience Super friendly and professional staff. Convenient hours. Knowing my car is serviced by professional BMW technicians and if I have any problems the company will go out of there way to solve whatever issue may arise.
Great service experience It was a service appointment and I was able to drop vehicle off and quickly get my loaner and head to my next appointment. Bill, my service manager, was very cordial and helpful. He kept me apprised of progress. No complaints.
Great Service In and out service. No delays and done right. Offered to wash car but time did not permit. Got a free car wash coupon.
