Great customer service Jeff, Customer Service Manager made it a great experience. I had a 15,000 mile service and Jeff pointed out things that were wrong and took care of them. As everything was still under warranty, I did not have to pay anything so that was great. It raised my confidence in the dealership to the max. Thank you.

Above and Beyond I am over the top Happy with this dealership! Our salesperson Phil went above and beyond my expectations! Jim also was great. Great experience The honesty and quality of the personnel. The service technicians give timely updates on service, and the sales people are not pushy in assisting with purchasing a new vehicle. The stress level at this dealership is very low.

Major hassle to schedule service appointments Honestly, the service department has not met our expectations since it has become Sloan. Additinally, once Bruce left the dealership things are even less impressive bc he was an excellent point person. One call and he got things got done
