Exceptional Service Fast on time service. I did not have to wait longer than anticipated. There was courteous service from the moment I drove into the bay and the young man met me at my door to confirm my arrival. He guided me to the waiting room and ensured that my key was given to the service advisor. I was waited on within 10 minutes.

Priveate I an satisfied with the service provided by the applicable department and the customer service is efficient. The one thing that did surprize me is that I thought my car would get a clean.

Service: Who could ask for anything more? Every person I met was pleasant and positive, knowledgable and quickly found a solution to any problem we faced, such as finding my insurance coverage from my initial dealer. She was able to update all the information and correct 'numbers' so my records were updated.

My car purchase This is my second BMW. John Walden was my client advisor years ago with my first BMW. I returned to BMW, but purchased from John at his current location. John is friendly, helpful and the ultimate professional. Just to note, the staff I encountered were friendly and pleasant. The excellent Custer service did not go unnoticed.

Fantastic experience, knowledgeable staff. Even though I came in looking for a used, entry level luxury vehicle, Drew treated me just like any other cusomer, and made sure I got into the right car for me.
