Quick response when asked when it would be done My inspection was comped because the service took long. I was waiting for the car but told them I was running out for 10 minutes. I came back in 10 minutes and it seemed like I was being treated like a drop off. Over 2 hours for a new tire and inspection was too long in my opinion. I did not complain but they offered to give the state inspection for free. I usually have no problems with the service.

A nice move. Politeness and kindness of people. I just moved to Wayne and I’m literally 5 minutes from Devon BMW and thought I’d give it a try. Bought car and used Main Line BMW, in Bala Cynwyd, since I bought the car and could have easily gone back. Happy to have a pleasant experience. I have nothing bad to say about ML BMW, just a bit of a drive now. 😎

Awesome Service The whole process was stress free. The sale advisor was very extremely helpful. He worked a package of our liking. We had vehicle build and was ready sooner than we expected. The closing was a quick experience without the hassles of unwanted up-sales on things that we really don’t want. I wish other dealers could learn from Devon BMW on making deals this simple.

Friendly, informational, and speedy service. Fast service. Very informational about what was going on. Service agent provided info clearly. Shop reps that worked on my car were also very clear about what was happening, and what they did afterwards. Coffee and bakery options were awesome to have while waiting.
