Great services and facility Jeff is thorough, explains problem, offers solution. Quite frankly, if he was not the service manager I would consider a Mercedes for a change. But with Jeff I always know my car problems will be taken care of.

Terrific Service and Customer Support The customer service experience began when I puled into the service center. I was greeted by the attendant and taken into the service area where the friendly receptionist directed me to Anthony, Service Adviser. He was was excellent! Anthony reviewed the expected service that was to be provided answered every question I posed and waited patiently for my insurance agent to fax the current insurance card since I brought an expired one. recall service, great experience The loaner car was nice, dirty but i didnt mind cleaning it. When i got my car back from the recalls it needed i got the overview of my car and actually found out why i had a wobble in my front end. So the green yellow red check boxes are extremely helpful and the car recieved a nice overlook. I was completely delighted with my experience.
