Best buying experience Working with Aris Smith and Andrew Krier via email was very easy. Both were very responsive and extremely professional. Andrew recognized us in the parking lot immediately, welcomed us and escorted us to the lounge. “Fish” accompanied us for the test drive and was very cordial. Lisa Puggi was very professional and personable. Andrew was exceptional. These four team members made our experience pleasurable and we were very happy to have made the drive from Connecticut.

BMW Devon Probably the bes t in the 2 years of owning my BMW. Smooth check in at the garage ,my advisor Jackie was quick to greet me minutes after I checked in. She knew everything that was needed for my car and added the tire pressure warning that had just cropped up to the work order. I liked how she had the loaner car all ready set up , no need to go to a different person. And the texting option and immediate response time was perfect. Would appreciate if Jackie could be my advisor going forward.

Quick and pain free tire replacement I had a screw in my tire so I called them, they told me the tire was in stock and to come right out. Within an hour of getting there, I was leaving with a new tire on my X5 and was glad they were my BMW dealer of choice!

Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly. The professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of the staff was impressive. My sales advisor was Drew Wendle. His fund of product knowledge can only be described as encyclopedic! He was patient, friendly, and unhurried. I never felt pressured - he had the grace to allow the car to sell itself. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at BMW of Devon. I plan to purchase from them again, this time for my wife. I would recommend them to anyone.
