Great Service with a loaner car included Everything went well. I was greeted promptly, given a beautiful X3 loaner and my car was serviced. The car was ready for pickup at the time promised.

Great service and experience Jim Kostack and Phil Milewski were extremely helpful and profressional throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying from this place. They gave me a great vehicle at more than fair price. When there was a problem after picking up the vehicle, they handled it promptly and pressionally. Great people to work with! Great service Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They returned my phone calls and the genius came to my home to assist to make the garage door opener work with the car. The General Manager, Frank Muto was excellent as well as Brad the salesperson. The Finance person, Lisa was wonderful.

Great rep. Issues not fully resolved. Jacki was very helpful and a great representative of dealership. Tire repair appears to be off and electronic recall has some of my systems that were working previously are off. Ride seems harder than before flat tire.
