Recall work Went to have some recall work performed on my 330xi and everyone I spoke with was friendly and happy to chat and never tried to convince me of further services needed and while talking to a couple members of the sales staff about a few new vehicles they were all happy to simply chat rather than to try and get me in the seat of something newer would definitely come here when looking for a new or used BMW

Great service! Jackie was extremely helpful and considerate, took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. Gentleman at the front desk in the service center (tall, slick back hair, I believe his name was Tom?) as well as the tech performing the service on my car (Jason? I believe his name was) were also very friendly and went equally above and beyond for me. They all deserve a raise! Zero complaints!

Top notch sales team and dealership Great sales team, especially Phil and Jim. I was interested in a preowned vehicle seen online but live in Atlanta, Georgia. Phil answered all my questions (and there were many) and provided me the documentation I needed on the vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership the sales team took great care of me and addressed concerns I had about the vehicle. This is a top notch sales team and an excellent dealership. I’ve enjoyed my new car for 2-3 weeks, and it’s been a joy to drive.

Helpful and honest Honest and upfront regarding charges and ability to offer warranty services for my car. Unfortunately my car is from Canada and certified pre-owned warranty only valid in Canada whereas original warranty valid in both US and Canada. I am very disappointed with BMW for this but BMW Devon were very helpful and I was happy with their service.
