GOOD SERVICE , GREAT STAFF SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY, SERVICE WAS PERFORMED GREAT. CAR WAS READY WHEN PROMISED. THE WAIT TIME WAS LESS THAN EXPECTED AND THE WAITING AREA WAS CLEAN AND HAD PRETTY GOOD COFFEE.

Excellent, efficient, and courteous service I received prompt and courteous attention, with continued good communication from BMW staff, and when the problems with my car had been diagnosed it was clear that no attempt had been made to maximize them--that the problem that needed fixing was fixed, and there were no unnecessary service add-ons to jack up the cost of repairs.

service for tire and electrical problems They paid attention to the problem and kept the car until they felt it was resolved. The delivery and pick up service is excellent. The car wash was not.
