Great and fast service I was only in for an annual oil change but I had a very fast and efficient visit. Everyone was very courteous.
Couldn't be more accommodating! Instant acknowledgment of the problem and instant solution by Jeff Martin, Service COnsultant. Jeff took care of the problem within seconds after I came in...without an appointment -- after a tire incident which occurred on the road.

Service Visit Called for an appointment and was scheduled the next day. The car was ready as promised at the end of the day and the cost was actually $20 less than the estimate. Note that this is a tremendous improvement over the previous management. For nearly 15 years, I would not service my BMW or consider purchasing one from Devon BMW. Since it has changed hands, my options has reversed. This is the 2nd consecutive positive service experience I have hd.
