Great Service The Client Advisor, Bill Kamberogiannis, was very helpful in helping me understand what work was covered by warranty and what was not covered. Bill also helped resolve a concern about the cost of the work being done.

Wheel locks seized, service rep got BMW to cover Bill was my service representative and he was exceptional. Listened to me about my BMW’s problem, and had his team work hard to get the job done earlier than the quoted time. Since it was a BMW wheel lock issue, Bill got BMW Factory warranty to cover my costs. Courteous, respectful, top-tier service rep.
