Fast service very quick and courteous. checked my inspection stickers and recommended the car be inspected. also performed the recall on the child safety restraints .

First 10,000 service appt on X5 Services covered by warranty and shuttle service. Was among first in line for service apptmt (scheduled on line for oil change an filters/blades and general first 10k service)commencing at 7:30 AM but could not wait/gain service within the hour as anticipated. Probably advised of more lengthy same-day servicing period in fine print but anticipated ability to wait during quick turn around due to prior experience with other local competitor dealerships.
