Great service. The friendly welcome by the gentleman I met as soon as brought the car in. The friendly service with a smile does make a huge difference.

Clean facilities It was fine and called right away as soon as the car is ready for pick up. Loaner was provided without hesitation. Mr. Jeff Martin is very courteous and respectful.

Great Service Quick, efficient service. The service department had the tire we needed and got it on ASAP! We were very lucky to have been close to such a reliable dealership.

Devon wins over other dealer service centers Bruce the service manager went above and beyond with my warrantee company making sure I got the most out of the aftermarket warenetee. I have the option to service my car between Devon and another dealer maintenance shop. I’ll choose Devon again next to time. Only complaint is repairs are pricey but in line with the other dealers.

Great service I got a flat tire driving from NY to Villanova. I called 2 dealers but no one had my tire in stock. Devon BMW did and I drove 50 miles on a run flat and they took me in and had me out in 45 minutes. Great service and I made my appointment thanks to Devon BMW.
