Great Service - Excellent Customer Service Eric was very helpful in understanding the few items I had a concern with. He was very helpful to find the resolution and kept me informed of the progress. Also, he was able to get me back in my car sooner than expected.

The right car for me. The BMW of Devon staff - Drew Wendell and all others were professional. Would have preferred the final sale price/purchase was offered initially. I popped in as driving by dealership to test drive an X1, get information about leasing and turn in my Mini Countryman. I did not plan to make a decision that day, just gathering details. I did return the following day to lease the vehicle and like it very much. I would have preferred far less time spent on both days.

Excellent Customer Service warm customer service upon arrival and throughout. I like that I am assigned the same service manager so that he knows history of service and challenges. Eric does a great job.
