Great service and clean facility Everyone is very welcoming and kind. It definitely makes a difference. The service team greets you personally and knows what you are there for. They also notify you if there are any issues and if we would like it resolved at that time. They also give you options rather than the absolute solution.

Routine Service Appointment Our 2014 528xi went in for a routine maintenance. Bruce, our service advisor, had a thorough vehicle check done which revealed a number of issues (rear brakes, wipers, spark plugs) which were all corrected to our complete satisfaction.

I have no complaints Service was super easy. I dropped off the night before. I wrote down why I was there and noted any areas of concern. I received a call around 3pm the next day that all work was done. I picked up my car after work. I think I’ve finally found a way that works for me.
