leak problem Car wasn't returned totally fixed , but when I brought it back I was assured it would be taken care like new.

Unresponsive I have been a service customer of Devon BMW for just over one year. Recently, I was unsuccessful in making a service appointment for my BMW despite multiple attempts on four separate days over a two week span. The service department line always went unanswered, and despite leaving detailed messages requesting a return call, they were apparently ignored. Wasted our time I saw a used car for sale on the dealer's website. As it was a distance from my home, I called to check on availability. They said it was available and asked would we like to come and see it. We left immediately and when we arrived at the dealer, asked for the salesman who we had talked to on the phone. He greeted us and said he'd need 5 mins to finish up with another customer. We took the opportunity to look for the car but could not find it. Not Impressed Won't be buying a car from bmw of devon. Overall experience with bmw of Devin was below my expectations. The certified car was not clean enough to be shown, and the salesperson seem distracted and in a hurry. Maybe business is just that good.... But I have come to expect better from BMW. :-(
