Devon bmw It was the first positive experience in two years. Jeff was great. He was ready for me and had my loaner paperwork completed. Wait time was minimal. (Compared to previous times being up to 30 min). Also I received a call when my car was ready. Love the text msg too

Over the top care I recently had an issue in which I got in my BMW and the car would violently shake. I could hardly drive. I felt like I was in a massage chair on full blast but it wasn't relaxing. I called my nearest BMW shop, Ottos in West Chester and they said they couldn't service my car for 2 weeks. yearly service Staff and loaner car were great, that said costs were very high relative to what repairs were estimated on internet

Repair visit I didn't wait as long during this visit. However, the reason was because they didn't do any repair. The car is burning oil which they can't fix. Lawsuit pending.

Unethical I’m still blown away at how aweful this experience has turned. They put me in a test drive of car and then sold me another with a different set of seats. They bright the car out after the dealer had closed and left me the keys without showing me anything. When I got in and started driving off, I noticed the seats where so close I couldn’t fit and it was to the point of painful to drive (they wee “competitive n seats) I emmediatly (within 5 minutes) returned to the dealer and they were completely uninterested in hel... read more

Great service Great. Except vacuuming the car. Paper on the dashboard said washed and vacuumed. 4 times after each service the car was not vacuumed. Especially last week on my last service. Same happened I had to wait 20 min to vacuum the car. After 20 min. The car came back and it was not vacuumed. I was made. The guy told me if u do not mind waiting 15 min. I will do it myself. So I had to wait another 15 min. I was little frustrated. Other then that everything was fine

Necessary repairs I do not believe that new rotors were necessary when the break pads were replaced. I would like repairs to be fully explained.

Incomplete service. Service was good but as they claimed to wash my car- it was not washed. We have new tires and all the rims were all dirty and car was not vacuumed from inside.
