Great Service Customer service was right on time, there was no pressure at all and our representative was awesome. Our customer service representative made the process easy and less time consuming by having the necessary paperwork complete by the time we went to pick up our car....All we had to do was review and sign. TOP NOTCH: This is how all dealers should be. I had been looking for a VERY specific car for several years now and Cars.com sent me an alert that BMW of Devon had what I was looking for. This was an Avus Blue E39 M5 - these cars are somewhat rare these days and I called right away and made an appointment to see the car. When I got there I was met right away and shown the car. Service When you drive up, you only check in with the guys taking the car and. Soon after someone comes and talks to you about service. I did not have to be processed by 4 or 5 people which was my experience at another BMW dealership in area.
Terrible experience I purchased two used cars at BMW of Devon and they have both given me many issues. Only this last month I have spent $6,000 to fix 3 different issues. When asked if this was normal, staff has been really unpleasant and condescending about it. I've never seen such a thing before. This place has definitely got worse in the last few years.
Driving long distance? Big mistake He said “since we’ve been closed for 30 minutes, the finance people have left home for the day” ... and I lost it. X5 component failure is deemed acceptable by BMW ! Feel I was lied to by staff. My X5 required two new lower support arms at 32,000 miles. This is unacceptable to me that a so called luxury vehicle has failure of components at 32,000 miles and that this is deemed OK by BMW and that it is a common fault that they are not prepared to do anything about. Disgrace to the automobile industry.
BMW DEVON Drew Wendle always finds a way to be helpful in the sales process. This was my second purchase from this dealer and I have already referred 2 other friends and family that also resulted in purchases.
great service Service manager is a very capable man. Service advisor has room for improvement as far as showing more patience with customers.
