What Does CPO Mean at BMW of Devon Unfortunately, not much! Advertised as Certified Pre-Owned, it took over 24 hours to get this status confirmed on my vehicle despite the online ad stating it was CPO. They even tried to suggest it wasn’t CPO ....AFTER we negotiated a price. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. That being said, the finance process was the slickest I have seen with virtual signatures and paperwork on a thumb drive. It was a cash deal, but still deserves accolades.

AWFUL The customer service here is awful. On top of the fact that they over charge for services performed on non warranteed cars, they have no interest in taking care of their customers or making their costumers feel calued. Poor customer service If you are an old person who likes to walk around and look at cars, it is a great place. If you are younger or use the internet, don't use this place. Saw a vehicle I liked online and made an inquiry. Received a text and phone call at 3pm saying it was available. Drove 45 minutes to see it, when I got there it was gone. The sales rep said it was purchased that morning. When I asked why I was told it was available after it was sold. He just said "I agree with you, you should have been told" He mentioned ... read more

Devin Hill BMW TPM failure Went in for tire pressure monitor failure. They seemed to fix that problem but 2 days later tire pressure was 23 pounds in right front tire and needed 8 pounds of air.

Devon Hill BMW Salesman tried effortlessly to find us the 2019 car we wanted. Our request was for a 540xi and it took many searches to find the Exterior and Interior colors we wanted.

Dealership is great but heads-up display is flawed Service folks were friendly and efficient. While this next comment is no reflection on the dealership at all, be aware that if you wear polarized sunglasses, the heads-up display is useless...
