Purchased CPO 2009 128i. Emailed 25+ pictures from Illinois of my trade-in BMW. Agreed on a value for my trade. Drove 7 hours from IL to Akron. Upon arrival, all finance documents were waiting. Signed all docs and left within 30min of arriving. An out of state purchase could not have gone any smoother. Jim Bruce took care of everything. Great experience.
