My experience with Dave Walter BMW of Akron, specifically with Shujaat Siddiqui, was extremely positive. My situation was somewhat unique, in that I am an out of state buyer of a certified BMW, with a vehicle to trade in as well. Amazing service. I was skeptical about buying a car I saw online, but Jim was absolutely great about explaining all the necessary steps. He assured me that I was in control of the purchase throughout. He was quick to respond with questions or any concerns I had along the way. I drove 250 miles to test drive the car, and I will admit the car is better than what I expected. Keep up the good job guys! Than

My experience with Dave Walter BMW was excellent. I was very pleased with the overall buying experience from start to finish. I worked directly with David Theado and he was professional and treated me like a personal friend. I visited the dealership several times before making the purchase and I never felt "pushed" into buying a car on my visits. The overall environment was very comfortable and I would recommend to everyone to visit Dave Walter BMW for their next BMW purchase.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2010 BMW 328i xDrive sedan from Dave Walter BMW in Akron Ohio. Drove up from Columbus (several times), and despite the long drive, it was worth it to come and do business at this dealership. The sales/finance staff were friendly and supportive (not pushy). Jim Bruce was tremendous in my experience at Dave Walter BMW. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of my questions were answered and that my experience was comfortable. I was new to the car buying process and JIm Bruce made it one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. My experience at Dave Walter's was great. Mr.Mike Stacy took excellent care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the X5, what he did not know he took the time to go and find out. Mr. Stacy really made us feel comfortable, which reassured use that we were making the right choice. He made every transaction smooth. Mr. Erik Parkinson in the finance department really made us at ease. He was not pushy with a lot of warranties and very organize. He is very personable.

Jim helped to find me the perfect car for myself and my budget. Being a General Manager of a restaurant, I know what it takes to show true customer service, and Jim did. He was so full of excitement when it came to show me all the bells and whistles on the car. I feel I actually made a good friend, not only a deal. This is my second car bought from Dave Walter, and it will be where I get my third, my fourth, etc... Thank you for everything, it was truly a pleasure. And I will be sending everyone I can to Jim.
