Everyone was extremely friendly. Was able to work a deal over the phone prior to showing up. Hans kept his word, I got what I was told for my trade and was able to purchase my new car for the predetermined price with no haggling. The transaction was very smooth with no hard selling for add-ons. My wife and I were very impressed with the staff and the level of service at Dave Walter BMW.
These guys took their time, spent as much time as needing going through the order process and the options. They followed up while the care was on order, and went over the car in great detail once it was in. I will buy from them again.
There are not enough superlatives with which to describe the service offered, principally by Mr Eric Eisenhart and Mr Eric Parkinson. The service was simply, exceptional.

This was one of my greatest car buying experiences I have ever had. There was abosolutely no pressure or no sign here tactics. The whole staff was polite and made me really comfortable. Mr. Brandon Greene was my sales person and he was very professional, polite, and most importantly wasn't all about business right away.
