I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I passed 3 BMW dealers along the way from Pittsburgh and had no regrets in doing so. Jim was very professional and a pleasure working with. Everyone there was superb. Anyone within driving distance in the market for a BMW should really give them a shot first. My wife and I couldn't of been happier.

I factory-ordered a new 3-series from this dealership, and had a great experience. Customer service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. My salesman was John Russo and he did a great job showing me several different cars for test-drives, showing me all of the features I had questions about. Very friendly staff and was accommodative of the requests. Good pricing. Friendly atmosphere at the dealership with complimentary service. They had my car cleaned and a/c running when i was ready to pick up which was impressive. Approachable when needed. Would highly recommend as a dealer.

If you are looking for a quick and straight forward way to buy your new BMW - I think Robert, David and Erik provide that experience. I exchanged a realtively small amount of emails with my salesman Robert Noetzel to find the car I wanted. His intital email quote was Ok and good enough to get me to drive 30 minutes, and past another dealer, to speak in person. I arrived on a busy saturday and he quickly made time for me. After 5 hours and some change , we almost landed in our 335xi. And as procedures need to be followed and being the car was new, just recieved to you in trade, and we were the first to test and drive, you needed to complete the BMW certification for used cars and we were unable to drive OUR new car away (But thats OK). This is the second time that I have purchased a CPO from this Dealership. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a great experience every time I walk through the doors for service or sales. The prices are very reasonable. Overall, the experience was wonderful and the customer service was great!
