From the moment I walked into the showroom, the sales process, test drive, financing experience were 1st Class. After visiting 5 dealerships, meeting sales people who really were below fair in every way , we decided to go Akron and luckily we did. We had the pleasure of meeting with Michelle Laughman ..a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, and definitely someone we will recommend.
Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly. It was my first BMW and she made the whole process very comfortable for me. Ended up buying a 2014 528i. She gave me a very brief overview about the features of this car. Since I was a first time customer, it did help a lot. I am very satisfied with my whole experience in this dealership and I can honestly say that I will be buying my future cars from this place.
I flew from out of town (350 miles away) to pick up one of the finest examples of a 2014 M5. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Eisenhart who from the beginning made sure I got all necessary information I needed. I was looking for a CPO X3 with the 3.5 engine. My initial visit to Dave Walter BMW was to look at a vehicle that had just come off lease. I was looking for a low mileage 2014/2015 BMW 640i convertible with all wheel drive. Shab Tadayon at Dave Walter BMW looked for over two months to find me the perfect car. Exceptional buying experience from start to finish. As we worked with Michelle,Shab, Shujaat, Rora and Scott, we were delighted with the friendly, courteous, and professional manner in which each individual guided us through our new vehicle purchase. We were especially appreciative of the extra attention provided by Shujaat throughout the entire process, and Scott was very impressive, not only with his knowledge, but with his ability to educate about all of the vehicle functions offered by the brand. Eric was very easy to work with. I found it refreshing to find an individual who understood my preferences for driving style and offer tips on how to achieve the desired level of performance from the vehicle. Rora was courteous and professional. While explaining the additional services available, at no time was there any pressure to purchase.
