Our experience with Karifa was both an education and a pleasant business transaction. He guided us through the different BMW models and their features. Recently, I purchased a new smartphone but was unable to synch it to my 335's Bluetooth. I called my Sales Associate, Karifa Mara, who instructed me to come on over. When I arrived, he was handling a new car delivery; but, he sent a technician out to my car and to handle the synching. Even if he is busy, he's never too busy to help!
My wife decided after quite a bit of research that a BMW would be her next car, so the search began for a dealership to visit. All signs pointed to BMW of Rockville and we are very happy they did! Karen Cruz made the suggestion about the model to replace my 335xi. She was very efficient in getting me into my new car. Dan was very helpful in educating me about all the bells and whistles of my new car. I like the "Genius Approach".
I just leased my third BMW 750. Once again the experience and service was outstanding. My sales person, Carlos Corridor, is very easy to deal with and made the transaction as easy and simple as possible. This is the third transaction that I have done with Carlos and I will definitely use him again. I also had a "geek" session with Danny Goldin to learn all of the new technology. This was a first for me. Danny was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained things in a very easy and concise manner. I recommend him highly.

I bought my first BMW yesterday and cannot be more excited and happy with my purchase. Roxanne Roch-Rigo was very engaging and proactive about showing me all the features of my new car and ensuring that the car buying process was smooth and seamless.
