I contacted Marshall Douglas at the dealership, bought a Certified Used Car in a few minutes and had it delivered to my house bout 150 miles away the next day. Marshall was very knowledgeable and competent and made this a singularly pleasant car buying experience for me. Their inventory was varied and had pretty much several low milage cars with any features that I sorted through. I will rather buy again from this dealership and Mr Douglas than some others closer home.
My wife and I bought a car at BMW of Rockville today. Salesperson Wali Alimi spent almost 4 hours with us and was extremely helpful in providing information on various car models. We had a great experience there. Thank you, Wali for your help.
Merlin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping us learn the ins and outs of our BMW. We really appreciate the time and attention that we received from her. We know feel comfortable and at home with our new car. She made the difference.
Marshall Douglas was my sales rep and he was really great - knowledgable and helpful, and did all the right things without pressure, making for a comfortable experience. Aeli was my finance person and she was excellent also
The sales process was great, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars, was friendly and generally very helpful. However, the actual purchase process needs to be significantly streamlined.
Suvin viswanathan was the best sales person I've gotten in a while. He knew his products and found different ways to make my dream come true. When I arrived for my test drive MY CAR was ready!!!!! It was an amazing feeling and he made me feel special. Looking forward to buy my next BMW whit him!!! Thanks a bunch Suvin.
Ask for Dubois Kelly for any of your BMW car buying needs he was extremely helpful through the entire purchasing process and I could not be happier with my new 3 series I highly recommend Rockville BMW!!!
Always the best experience; my previous lease expired April 1, 2016, however Roxanne called me to say that there was a great incentive and that I should come in and take advantage of it.
