BMW Rockville is most definitely a first class operation, and the team that we worked with there was absolutely the best. We traded in our 2007 BMW X5 for a new one, but we were concerned about the trade because our old X5 had an electrical problem potentially making it difficult to appraise the vehicle. The overall experience of purchasing a used BMW was very enjoyable. Kevin was the perfect salesman for us, there to help, answer questions, but without the sales pressure of pushing to close the deal. When the navigation system had a problem they were quick to see that it was fixed. Couldn't have been any better. On a scale of 1 to 10 my wife and I would give the dealership a 10 and Kevin an 11. We'll be back for our next car!
Following purchase of our BMW X3, we returned to the dealership for a hands on briefing concerning the technical aspects of the auto. Mr. Danny Goldin, in an outstanding job. He was throughly competent in all aspects of the vehicle, used a calm, self-assured manner in delivering his explanations and answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. Suvin was professional, honest, and patient and made my new car purchase a really wonderful experience. He found the perfect car for me after listening to what I was looking for.
