I have had superb service both times my car needed an unscheduled emergency service for a punctured tire. They were able to accommodate me on a short notice, provide me with a complimentary loaner, and (most importantly) keep me in the loop with their communication. My service advisor, Eric Clark, is the best advisor I have ever had at BMW (and I have owned 9 BMWs in the past 18 years) Lance Mitchell runs a fantastic service organization and should be commended.
