Much of the deal with Mr. Alimi was done by phone. Upon arrival at the dealership, all previously mentioned terms were honored. Process was clean and straight forward.
This was a totally unexpected and highly valuable service. Danny patiently walked me and my wife through the features in our new 535 X Drive, made everything understandable and ensured that what he had said stuck with us. He was extremely knowledgable and for us he made it easier and far more efficient to gain and retain familiarity with all the features in the new model. He was courteous as well throughout the session and always answered our questions with patience and completeness. An outstanding job on his part.
We had a good experience in getting our car from BMW Rockville. They took care of all our needs, answered all our questions, and looked at all options in helping us choose the right vehicle for us. They were very patient with all our questions and did follow-ups to ensure that everything is good with the car.
I bought my car from BMW or Rockville after visiting from out of state. The transaction was all done by telephone with Kevin Hemmis and the car delivered to my door here in NC about 10 days later. I went to the Rockville BMW dealership after doing a lot of on-line research, thinking that I would buy a used BMW from a dealership several hours away, because I had identified a car at the distant dealership as a great deal. Marshall Douglas and Danny Goldin were an excellent team in my car buying experience. Marshall proved to be informative, flexible, and went out of his way to meet me on my schedule.
