I’ve had the pleasure of working with the service department at BMW of Rockville for almost 10 years and my experience led by the Service Manager Scott Cascone has been excellent over that period. I have several BMW dealership options in the area when it comes to having my vehicle serviced but I continue to drive the 30+ miles to BMW of Rockville because of my experience with Scott and his team. Often great service is not just right around the corner. In my case, it was 440 miles from my home. This was the one way distance I drove to BMW of Rockville to obtain great service. Roxanne sold me my first BMW in Virginia, and I drove to Rockville, MD to do business with her again. The dealership is well appointed, and the staff seems to be professional and friendly.
