I had a very positive experience purchasing my BMW X1 at BMW Rockville. The dealership was beautiful, and I had the ability to see many BMWs and test drive two cars. My sales advisor, Marshall Douglas, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles. Equally important, he was not a high-pressure salesman, but low-key and helpful, answering all my questions and allowing me to proceed at my pace.
Got a great used car from their extensive inventory. Our sales associate was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the numerous options on our vehicle. Negotiations went smoothly, and we are very happy with our purchase.

From Suvin, who sold me my X1 and worked to get me the price I wanted, to the finance manager Aeli, and trainer Merlin who trained me on my new car just before I had to take it on a 300 mile drive to my home.
