"Brandy was great. She checked me in for my initial issues..." Brandy was great. She checked me in for my initial issues but then asked about any additional issues. She started looking around my car and found a slash in a tire. I told her I was moving to Florida but since I had just had my annual check, everything should be ok. But, that tire slash she found could have had a bad outcome on my way to Florida.

She kept us up to date on everything that was being worked on and checked with us before any charges were incurred. The team as a whole did fantastic work on a 20-year-old Z3 and they’ve definitely earned our business for life.

"I have bought many vehicles from different parts of the..." I have bought many vehicles from different parts of the country, but haven’t had an experience as smooth, trustful, and simple as the one I had dealing with Dave Ware (sales) and Bob Whay (finance) at BMW of West St Louis. Bob helped us complete an out of state transaction and overnighted all documents back and forth. Dave even drove 2 hrs to mid-Missouri to deliver the new car! Will definitely be doing business with this team again.
