"Almost perfect" We had a lovely time.. compared to all the times we purchased cars, this by far was a great experience. Johnny is great! Mr. Suntrup was great! The manager and credit guy was awesome! We appreciate their integrity. "Wonderful experience!" Adam was wonderful!! He treated us like family and went above and beyond for us!! We were buying a less expensive car for our son and we were treated as if we were buying a brand new car! We have never had a better car buying experience!! Bob took the time to try and get us a good interest rate, and did not mind at all when we decided not to finance after all. Steven was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another car.

"Great service!" u Sturma, AKA the Sturmanator, Lindsay Foster Sr. and Steve Toppins were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Paul spent his evening out in the rain to drive cars to the door until I found the perfect car. I questioned returning to this dealership as I had a bad experience in the past, but I was told that things have improved and they definitely have.

"Excellent all around" I bought a brand new X3 from Jhonny at BMW of West St louis and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! We ordered the car and we took delivery after only 4 weeks and it’s absolutely gorgeous! So happy with my purchase!

"Recall" Had a recall on my car, did not know it would take 2 days. Service Dept manager? Jeff helped make it a perfect transition. He gave me a loaner vehicle, let me return it at a time that fit my work schedule and even personally showed me how to operate it since I had never driven a “push button” start. He was beyond polite and top notch in his customer care service. Very pleased and thankful, he needs a promotion!
