Kelly is awesome! She knows the BMW line and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to accommodate their customers. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or userd vehicle!

I can't give enough praise to this dealership and to our sales person, Kyle. I went to look at two separate vehicles and Kyle was extremely open about both - absolutely zero "hard sells" or anything of the sort. I ultimately decided to get one of the vehicles with my fiancée, rather than the one I looked at for myself. Again, nothing but help from Kyle, he didn't re-try and sell the vehicle I originally came in to look at. The experience my family and I had at this dealership was great. Prior to our recent purchase of a BMW, we had never had any experience at any BMW dealership. The staff made us feel really comfortable with browsing the cars they had and showing us around. Ryan and Steve helped us out and showed great professionalism and helpfulness in getting us the car we wanted. He was so helpful from the moment I called in about a vehicle to the moment till when I was at home with the vehicle. He answered all my questions and even when he didn't know the answers he did his best to find them and explain them to me. Very kind man who cares about his clients. Grade A dealership. Kelly was very personable and knew the vehicle inside and out. It was a no pressure, enjoyable experience Linzie was very professional and fair. Steve was very knowledgeable as well and found us the perfect extended warranty for our needs. They will be the first stop I make for my next bimmer purchase.
