In under a decade I’ve had 2 Mercedes, 2 Lexus vehicles, an Audi, and 2 Lincolns (do those count?). This is my 2nd BMW from West St. Louis, and I plan to continue with them indefinitely. Greatest staff in the metro area, top to bottom. When it’s time to re-up my lease, I will go right back to these fellas without spending a second shopping around elsewhere. Healthy, fun environment with guys who are passionate about the BMW’s they’re selling. Stoked to see the renovations to the building as well. -Mike Judy

There really isnt enough that i can say about the outstanding professionalism and superb customer service Veronica Tran displayed. The whole transaction was seamless and smooth from START TO FINISH!!! And to add a cup of tea to such a sweet deal, Veronica to us to Trish. Trish is a wonderful finance lady that had us in and out and made me and my wife feel at home. No game playing at all. No "slick talk" from either of the ladies. I was looking for a specific truck and Linzie told me that he would get it done. I was surprised to buy a Truck from a BMW dealership, but everyone from the managers to the service guys were extra friendly and courteous. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and dedication shown from from Linzie and the rest of the team. I encourage every and anyone to start your vehicle shopping here.
I just want to say that I have never had such a great experience buying a car. They stayed at least 2 hours after close helping me, and made sure to get me the best deal possible. The finance manager went out of his way to try and get me a better interest rate. The sales guy was super nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend, and will probably go back in the future for my next car.
I had my BMW looked at by Newbold and it was my worst experience ever!!! So I crossed the water because West Stl had 5 STAR'S NOW I see why!! Ty made my experience Great and easy. I had a good experience with BMW of West County . The salesperson was very friendly. He took time with me. I bought a used BMW. The car is very clean and runs great. I will definitely buy my next BMW from them.
